There are two ways to declare your wishes:

  • keep what is ideal for you
  • eliminate what is unacceptable to you

Fair participants are strongly encouraged to adopt the second approach. It allows for unexpected matches with great potential. Yet no risk is taken since nothing happens without an explicit confirmation by each party to a match.

So, when a selection criteria does not seem important, ignore it. By default, you will accept all possible cases.

Recruiters' compensation data is never communicated to candidates. Neither are the lowest conditions for which candidates are ready to settle ever communicated to recruiters. Safeguarding your interests, tEC, the Electronic Confidant, will only tell the parties to a match that there is a middleground acceptable to both to discover face to face.
