The Fair Play job fair of January 24-29 2004 includes three rounds.
The first round, on Saturday, allows candidates and recruiters to match and exchange confirmation before the day is over.
The second round allows candidates to match on Sunday afternoon and exchange confirmation with recruiters on Monday.
The third round, from Tuesday to Thursday, allows candidates almost 24 hours for each interaction, first to match then to confirm their interest.
During the week, the recruiters have a two hour slot, from 9 to 11 am for their own interactions.
